Before you make contact, it would be useful if you have a rough idea of how many appliances you require inspected, a time frame, and any preferred days.
As Reedsafe is owner operated, it is not always possible to answer calls if I am already with a customer or if I'm driving between jobs. Please do leave a voicemail so I can call you back. Alternatively, pop an email through or send a WhatsApp message.
Please rest assured, when you contact Reedsafe I'll only use your contact details to respond to your enquiry. I will not pester you with further calls or messages or chase you for business. If you instruct Reedsafe to perform your work, I will use your supplied details to submit certificates and invoices and to pop a retest reminder through to you - but only if this was requested during my previous visit.
Visiting Reedsafe
Reedsafe would like to remind anyone considering visiting, we do operate a 24 hour CCTV monitoring system with both local and remote image storage.
Whilst the vast majority of my work is at my clients addresses, there are the odd occasions where you may find it easier to drop appliances with me for convenience. If you do, please only visit at pre-agreed times and ensure you park on my driveway, keeping as close to the left as possible so my neighbour is not inconvenienced. Be aware the road outside our property does have a single yellow line that is supposedly enforced between 7am and 6pm weekdays. The road also gets extremely busy around school dropoff and pickup and is absolutely best avoided during those times. (Think complete and utter carnage and a total disregard for safety and the highway code!)
